Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 31 July 2026

These terms govern the use of this website, the assistant demonstration and the subscription to the service. By using them or by subscribing, you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the site, the early-access form and the interactive demonstration. You can contact the site operator at hi@frontchime.com; the data controller’s details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Nature of the service and demonstration

The site presents FrontChime and lets you try a demonstration of the assistant. The demonstration is illustrative: it does not constitute a real booking nor create any obligation for the recreated business, and data entered in it is neither stored nor sent to that business.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Do not enter third-party data without authorisation, nor unnecessary sensitive data.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, overload the service or access it in an unauthorised way.

Artificial intelligence and accuracy

The assistant generates responses using artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The information it provides is indicative and does not constitute professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Verify any relevant information with the business before making decisions.

No affiliation with third parties

The demonstration recreates a real business using public information and without any affiliation, association or endorsement. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

Intellectual property

The site and its content are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of the owner or its licensors. No licence is granted other than that needed for normal use of the site.

Early access

Early access is an invitation to try the product at a preliminary stage, with no guarantee of availability or features, and it may change or end. The processing of your data in this context is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Subscription: what is being bought

A subscription grants the right to use the FrontChime assistant on the web chat channel, embedded in the subscribing business’s own site and configured from the information that business provides (services, prices, opening hours and tone). The assistant answers enquiries and captures contact details from interested people, then passes them to the business.

What is sold today is web chat. WhatsApp and voice calls are on the roadmap and are not part of the contracted service: they are not billed, no delivery date is promised, and their future availability is not a condition of this contract.

Price, tax and billing

  • The Starter plan costs €49 per month, VAT included. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
  • The subscription is monthly and renews automatically for equal periods until cancelled.
  • Payment is taken in advance at the start of each period using the payment method provided.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. FrontChime does not store full card details.
  • If a payment is declined, the service may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

Any price change will be communicated with reasonable notice and will only apply to later renewal periods, never to a period already paid for. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before renewal.

Onboarding and activation

After purchase we request the information needed to configure the assistant. Activation depends on the business providing that information; the indicative activation time is stated on the welcome page shown after payment. If activation never happens for reasons attributable to FrontChime, you may request a refund of amounts paid and not enjoyed.

Cancellation and refunds

  • No minimum term: you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already billed.
  • Cancellation does not refund the part of the current period already used, except in the cases set out above or where the law requires it.
  • After cancellation the assistant stops responding on the business’s site, and data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The service is aimed at professionals and businesses purchasing in the course of their activity. If you purchase as a consumer, you keep the rights consumer law gives you, including the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal, unless the service has already been fully performed with your prior express consent.

Availability

FrontChime provides the service with reasonable care but does not guarantee an uptime percentage or uninterrupted operation. Outages may occur through maintenance, our own incidents, or failures of the providers the service depends on, including AI model providers. Interruptions do not by themselves give rise to compensation beyond a possible pro-rata refund of time not served.

Obligations of the subscribing business

  • Provide truthful, up-to-date information about its services, prices and opening hours: the assistant answers from it.
  • Tell users of its site that they are talking to an automated assistant, and include the corresponding privacy notice.
  • Do not use the assistant to collect special-category data, or for purposes for which the business has no lawful basis.
  • Check relevant information before committing to an enquirer: generated answers may contain errors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the site, the demonstration or the contracted service, nor for decisions taken on the basis of answers generated by the assistant. For the paid service, the owner’s total aggregate liability to the subscribing business is limited to the amounts that business actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the rights that consumer law grants to users.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version, with its date, will be available on this page.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, respecting the venue applicable to consumer users.
