Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and the assistant demonstration. By using them, you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the site, the early-access form and the interactive demonstration. You can contact the site operator at hi@frontchime.com; the data controller’s details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Nature of the service and demonstration

The site presents FrontChime and lets you try a demonstration of the assistant. The demonstration is illustrative: it does not constitute a real booking nor create any obligation for the recreated business, and data entered in it is neither stored nor sent to that business.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Do not enter third-party data without authorisation, nor unnecessary sensitive data.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, overload the service or access it in an unauthorised way.

Artificial intelligence and accuracy

The assistant generates responses using artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The information it provides is indicative and does not constitute professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Verify any relevant information with the business before making decisions.

No affiliation with third parties

The demonstration recreates a real business using public information and without any affiliation, association or endorsement. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

Intellectual property

The site and its content are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of the owner or its licensors. No licence is granted other than that needed for normal use of the site.

Early access

Early access is an invitation to try the product at a preliminary stage, with no guarantee of availability or features, and it may change or end. The processing of your data in this context is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the site or the demonstration. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the rights that consumer law grants to users.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version, with its date, will be available on this page.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, respecting the venue applicable to consumer users.
